First Call is not exempted. In late 1997, First Call commenced Sponsorship of Foreign graduates for the long term intervention of this concern. We have successfully petitioned for experienced RNs from different countries. While we cannot sacrifice quality in our enthusiasm to expand our pool of staff, First Call does provide a lengthy orientation and preceptorship to our sponsored RNs to meet the standard and demands of the workforce.
